Investors In People
The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation's performance through its staff. It was first developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading business and national organisations. The standard helps organisations improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people. It is based on three key principles to improve performance.
- Plan - Developing Strategies
- Do - Taking Action
- Review - Evaluating the Impact
Marlowe Child & Family Services are committed to constantly evaluating their own performance, as well as to maximise the development of their staff. St David's ASC achieved its Investors in People Award in 2000.
