Most Posts are for Care Staff and Care Managers, however Marlowe Child & Family Services also employs Psychologists, Therapists, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Finance Staff, Human Resources Staff, Administrators and Secretaries, Cleaners and Maintenance Staff.

Care staff without qualifications will receive a comprehensive induction and training leading to NVQ Level III in Caring for Children and Young People. Marlowe Child & Family Services also have worked closely with other Trade Unions and Professional Organisations including the GMB and the NUT.
