Employment
Marlowe Child & Family Services, as an organisation, have a long history of commitment to its staff, regarding them as its most valuable asset. Every effort is made to support individual members of staff to maximise their potential as professionals, and to develop and grow in their respective roles.
Marlowe Child & Family Services likes to listen to its entire staff, whether through recognised Trade Unions or through its regular consultations and feedback process.
Marlowe Child & Family Services consider themselves a ‘family friendly’ employer. Most of its Policies on sickness pay, compassionate leave etc., exceed statutory requirements. We offer financial support to assist families with young children to pay for child care.
Marlowe Child & Family Services also regard themselves as a friendly employer, supporting and encouraging staff to relieve the inevitable stresses of working with very difficult children and young people with an active social programme including social gatherings, parties and inter company sports.
Marlowe Child & Family Services recognises the emotional pressures of the work and provides all its staff with regular individual 1:1 supervision with a manager, a mentoring system for new staff and group supervision with an experienced and qualified Consultant Therapist.
